Seattle Public Libraries Adult Education, promotional spot, 35 seconds, Spring 2004 Seattle Public Libraries were faced with the
unique challenge to promote their adult education program to an
audience entrenched in the socially charged issues of illiteracy
and learning disorders. Based on research with instructors and students,
the spot highlights the benefits of adult education by visually
aligning the turning pages of a book with the improvement of one's
situation. |
