As a former Boy Scout and avid-camper, I used to dream of a sleeping bag solution like this. Every morning there was a frigid span as I scuttled from my sack's warm comfort, and shivered in the chill morning air as I pulled on my warm outfit for the day. This avoids the problem entirely by having one's sleeping bag be the warm outfit. You will never be cold or uncomfortable again. As a bonus, you get to look like some sort of haz-mat, sleeping bag ninja/astronaut. I bet you'd look very cool breakdancing in it, too.
All that is missing is a butt-flap. Then this "system" would be complete.
