Joined Twitter
I just set up a Twitter account. Standing in front of my computer, I dialed out the first update on my cell phone, then watched it pop up on the monitor. Technology is cool. You can follow along at:

It was pretty straightforward when I set it up on my end. You choose to "Active a device", they give me a short code which I texted to 40404, I immediately got a response text that said I was "activated", and then to update I just send a text to 40404.

I like to be a grumpy old early-adopter and decry all uses of twitter that don't originate from a mobile device.
